Service Description

Once we complete an initial consultation, you can sign up for a 3-month follow up session package which includes up to 6 sessions. We will discuss goals, obstacles, meal plans, recipe support for you to complete over a 3 month period. In addition, you can reach out to me over email, call or text in between sessions up to 2 times.
